Jill Fieldhouse is a born entrepreneur.  An Orange County native with family ties to the area going back several generations; Jill was influenced by Southern California’s easygoing way of life.  This was responsible, in part, for her knack for connecting with customers and co-workers and made it possible for her to parlay her love of entertaining, food and beverage with her huge imagination to create a successful event production company.

Initially a professional dancer, as well as dance instructor, she cut her teeth in Hospitality at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Tennis Club, where she literally learned the hotel business from the bottom up and the inside out.  As part of the opening team before the hotel was even built, she worked her way through all aspects of the food and beverage department, eventually becoming the Director of Convention Services.

Jill went on to become the Director of Catering at the Beverly Heritage Hotel, the Disneyland Hotel and Pan Pacific Hotel.  Each hotel gave her new and different opportunities to spread her creative wings.

Eventually her imagination and ability to create a picture for her clients made her extremely successful and sought after for private events.  This was the stepping off point for the creation of her own company – Yours For The Asking.  Together with her husband, Staff Fieldhouse, a professional musician as well as fantastic Chef, they created a seamless team, delivering amazing experiences and providing all the services needed for a successful event from conception to catering, décor and entertainment.

Deep ties to the Hospitality community also aided in her success.   With her sense of humor and whimsy, and unlimited rolodex of the best Orange County had to offer, no theme was impossible.  Throughout her career, she worked with such notables as Experian, Broadcom, Belkin, Toyota, Bentley, Mercedes, Disney, Carl Karcher, California Speedway and worked on numerous weddings for her affluent clients as well.  Jill was thrilled to be able to co produce the stage set for the Andre Bocelli concert in Las Vegas.   She also planned and executed a 300 guest, beachside wedding for the Petersen family, owners of Hooters Hotel Las Vegas and the Porsche Racing Team.

Fast forward to the present – now grandparents and looking to simplify and enjoy life to the fullest, Jill and Staff have worked together to create a new and exciting type of event production that is both enjoyable and educational.  By combining their expertise, they are fulfilling their dream and passing on their love of entertaining and special skills to the masses –

“ONE DINNER PARTY AT A TIME”.
