Wedding Packages
Full Service Wedding Coordination
$7,500 and up– We will take you through the entire experience from selecting a venue until the day all of your dreams become a reality. We will assist you with choosing the best for you, florist, invitations, decorators, musicians, cuisine, and more. We will be your advocate in negotiations if you like and will assist in reviewing contracts as well as making sure your dreams fit within your budget. So many details go into the perfect wedding and we will be there start to finish to make sure everything is perfect! Be sure to have a true seasoned professional to give you peace of mind that all is taken care of. .
Event Design with Day of Coordination
$5,000 and up – If Full service is not what you need, but you do need a helping hand or extra time to bring your Vision Board or Pinterest Board to life, this package fits you perfectly. The process begins with a consultation and a visit to your chosen venue. Our creative team will marry the dream and the reality to make your event a perfect reflection of you. Day of coordination includes the Ceremony Rehearsal and a full day on site to make sure all plans are realized.
Day of Coordination
$3,500 – This package is the perfect complement to your hours of careful planning. Let yourself relax and enjoy your day while we take the worry away. Starting with a consultation to review your plans and another to solidify and finalize all aspects of a seamless event, we will take you from Rehearsal to Send-Off without a worry or a care. We will coordinate all your vendors, assist with timing and execution of the event and making sure each and every detail is in place.
Small and Large Events/Parties & Private Dinner Parties
Learn firsthand, the art of orchestrating a memorable dinner party with experienced professionals. No DIY show will give you the hands on experience to entertain like a pro!
Be one of the first to take part in this interactive “Entertaining Class”. It’s a cooking class, but so much more! You will learn tips and techniques with Chef Stafford, and have the added advantage of creating a beautiful table-scape to complement your menu, with Professional Event Planner, Jill Fieldhouse.
For the finishing touches, you will receive tips on pairing the perfect wine and selecting music to enhance the ambiance. Then relax and enjoy gracious hospitality at its best. At the end of the evening, take home the recipes and your notes to recreate the experience for your friends and family.
Fun on your own or with a group of friends. If “DIY” is not your style, we can DIA (Do It All) for you and you can relax and enjoy dinner at home with your guests.

After the Honeymoon - Private Couples Cooking
For a fun way to start your lives together, schedule a private cooking class with Certified Personal Chef’s Jill and Staff Fieldhouse. Learn how to use some of those wedding gifts you received and enrich your marriage by sharing the kitchen! Basic to advanced, the lesson will be tailored to your skill and comfort level.
